I can do 10 things today. Only 5 get done.
I can do 100 things this year. 150 things get done, though usually different ones from what you originally planned.
Sounds familiar?
We all tend to overestimate how much and how quickly we can get work done in the short-term.
But we underestimate ourselves in the long-term.
Take a moment and think back where you were 5 or 10 years ago.
You probably never imagined you’d be where you are today.
Or the journey that has brought you here.
The way you work and operate daily has likely changed as well.
It has for me.
I’m proud of where I am today.
I hope you are too.
Now I hope you’ll excuse me as I make today a memorable day for the 10-years-from-now-me.
