Trust and reputation gets built over time.

To start the relationship: don’t just tell what you will do, show what you have already done.

And then keep on delivering.

And finally overdeliver.

That’s how you get others to want to work with you.

And if you’re lucky, you may even get referrals.

Just remember: while it’s a tough thing to earn more of, it can be easily lost.

As a company, as an individual, deliver on your promises and keep working on that relationship.

It can always be better.
