So much to do.
So much that needs to be done.
I don’t have enough time.
I’m running out of time.
I need more time.
The deadline is around the corner.
This has to be finished today.
This is due tomorrow.
The pressure is mounting.
Stress accumulates.
How can I get all this done?
Sacrifice time with loved ones?
Sacrifice sleep?
Sacrifice food?
Find yourself in this situation?
Ask yourself.
Who am I living my life for?
Who am I doing this for?
Is this what I want in life?
We all have 24 hours in a day.
How come some get more done than others?
How come some have less stress than others?
How come some are happier than others?
The difference?
Living life on our own terms.
Being in control of our life.
This doesn’t mean to be rebellious.
To not listen to others.
To not care for others.
To only think of yourself.
It does mean to take a deep breath.
Take a minute.
Calm down.
Look at your situation.
What have I committed myself to?
Why did I commit myself to this?
If I’m happy with it, why do I feel this stressed?
If I’m unhappy with it, why did I commit to this?
How can I ensure I don’t end up in this situation again?
That I don’t experience these feelings again?
Just because you feel this way now.
Doesn’t mean the future you has to feel this way too.
It’s never too late to take control of your life.
It all starts with a deep breath.
Some reflection.
Making some improvements.
To the way you think.
To the way you feel.
To the way you act.
Who are you doing this for?
