Don’t trust the words.
Trust the actions.
The person that keeps saying “I will do it”, but never actually does it.
We all know somebody like that.
It might even be the person we see in the mirror.
Often times it’s not a character flaw or lack of willingness.
More times than not it’s our tendency to overpromise.
If that’s such a pervasive thing, then why would we fully trust someone’s words?
Give someone a chance and judge their actions.
Watch what they do.
Not what they say.
It should save you frustration and headaches.
