Shiny resume or outstanding skills?
Tough choice isn’t it?
Or is it?
You probably say that skills are all that matter in the end.
They let you climb up the ladder and switch jobs.
But you first have to get a foot in the door.
Get that interview opportunity.
So having shiny resume syndrome might not be so bad after all.
Collecting university and company logos.
Certificates.
Referrals.
Just don’t forget to ask yourself the important question: what makes you happy?
Because skills and a nice resume are nice.
But isn’t happiness what truly matters?
